Submit on a rhythm
Attendance, giving, volunteers, and ministry measures in one place—by service, campus, or other contexts you already track.
Coming soon
A new Church Management platform designed to
bring insight to every level of church ministry.
Sample data · Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Auckland · All Time
Veyaren brings ministry activity and engagement indicators into one clear view, so pastors, staff, and boards can read the same picture. Launching soon - join the waitlist.
Why churches look for this
Attendance, giving, engagement, and volunteer trends often live in separate spreadsheets and inboxes. Reviews start by gathering numbers instead of reading them.
Hours stitching reports, then decisions on incomplete numbers.
One dashboard. Same figures in staff huddle and board pack — launching soon.
How Veyaren helps
Teams submit what they own. Leadership opens a dashboard that already includes the context behind the trend. Modules below are built into the product; we are still in Coming soon before general availability.
Attendance, giving, volunteers, and ministry measures in one place—by service, campus, or other contexts you already track.
Markers, goals, and events sit on the same graph as the series, so a spike is never just a spike.
Roles decide who can enter, edit, or only view. Pastors and boards look at the same dashboard.
Headline cards, trends, tables, and campus views with markers and goals on the graph.
Profiles, tags, households, pathways, and follow-ups so pastoral care stays with the numbers.
Forms linked to people records, plus groups with meetings and reporting rhythms. Public share links are still Coming soon.
Locations and regions, Microsoft sign-in, and passkeys — scoped roles without spreadsheet sprawl.
On the dashboard
Markers name what shaped the trend. Goals keep the next target on the axis. Events show up where the data was collected.
Easter, a campus launch, a campaign—labelled on the chart so reviews don't guess why a line moved.
Targets sit on the series. Events with submitted values for those metrics can be shown or hidden from the card menu.
AI
We are not shipping AI assistants in the product yet. When we do, the first direction is metrics insights on aggregates your church already sees — with clear controls.
Planned first use: trends and summaries on aggregate dashboard data — not personal care notes or identifiable form responses sent to models.
Optional AI credits or bring-your-own key may come later. Core dashboards, people, forms, and follow-up do not depend on AI. MCP for assistants is secondary at most.
Outcomes
The dashboard is a means. The outcome is a staff meeting or board session that spends its time on what the numbers mean - available at launch.
Walk in with one source, not a folder of exports.
See attendance, giving, and volunteer shifts before they become a surprise.
Submission stays narrow enough that campuses keep doing it.

FAQ
Veyaren helps churches see their people clearly and follow up well — focused dashboards, people, forms, groups, and care pathways in one place.
It is built for real church ops, starting with Australian churches, with a clearer view of church health as the aim. Public accounts are still Coming soon: join the waitlist for launch updates.
Pastors and church staff who want a simple ops picture without enterprise bloat.
Especially useful if you are juggling people lists, forms, groups, and follow-up across spreadsheets and half a dozen tools — including solo and part-time leaders who need one shared view for staff and board.
Do this: Join on veyaren.com/#waitlist with your email (and church name if we ask).
Here’s what happens: We send occasional real updates as we get closer to trial — not a sales drip. When trial opens, waitlist folks hear first. There is no demo calendar and no founder walkthrough required to join.
We do not publish a firm launch or trial date. If we cannot keep a date, we will not promise one.
We use waitlist details to contact you about Veyaren (launch, trial access, and related product updates). We don’t sell your personal information.
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. When you use Veyaren, information your organisation submits stays yours; we process it to provide the service.
Email support@veyaren.com.
We reply in batches on Australian business days — usually within about 2 business days while we are on waitlist. No live chat, no phone queue, and no same-day promise.
We protect deep-work time the same way you protect pastoral time. Thank you for writing async.
We do not have a firm public date yet. Join the waitlist: you will hear first when trial opens. Until then, Coming soon is the honest posture — not an open self-serve trial.
Veyaren is product-led. We are not booking demos or founder calendars as the default. Join the waitlist, read the site, and email info@veyaren.com with questions. We reply async on Australian business days — usually within about 2 business days while we are on waitlist.
AI insights are not live in the product today. They are on the roadmap / Coming soon.
Until then, do not expect AI assistants or chat-with-your-data features in the product.
When anything AI-assisted ships, we will say so clearly. At that point, the intended first use is metrics trends on data your church already sees (aggregates), with clear controls — not personal care notes or identifiable people data sent to models.
